Event Details
Experience all-access culinary showdown where the bold traditions of Southern barbecue take center stage. Renowned chefs and celebrated pitmasters from Texas, Oklahoma, and Alabama gather for a spirited cross-state culinary competition, each showcasing their most exceptional interpretations of live-fire cuisine. From exquisitely smoked brisket and inventive sides to daring flavor combinations, every bite is crafted to impress and paired with curated cocktail and beverage tastings throughout the evening.
A distinguished panel of celebrity judges will ultimately crown the state that truly smokes the competition. The celebration continues with live performances from notable artists (to be announced) and culminates in a spectacular fireworks finale beneath the Hill Country sky.
